The most common monogram design is the 3 letter monogram with last name initial in the center with the first name on the left and middle or maiden name on the right...Emily West Braun...EBW

When 3 letter monograms are done using same size lettering, the monogram would read just as the name...Oscar Thomas Braun....OTB. This is customary for Block lettering, small monograms and for a man's block style monogram. Please specify if you wish for the monogram to be same size lettering. All monograms are done in the order they are typed.

Please clarify how you want your monograms stitched. Monograms will be done in the order they are typed by the customer when the order is placed.

We cannot be responsible for typed errors. We will gladly accept responsiblity for errors made by Embroidery By Emily, but only when specific instructions are given and not followed. Again, please be as specific as possible with your wishes on monogram style and letter placement.

Normal ship time is within 7- 14 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom designed items may take longer; however, we strive to deliver all products in a timely manner. If a product cannot be shipped within 2 weeks, we will contact you by email with expected date of delivery. Currently we are only offering ground shipping via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. During the holiday season, times may be longer than usual. Shipping charges will be determined by the amount ordered.

We will gladly accept returns for non-monogrammed items if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. We will refund the price of the item minus shipping charges. Please contact us within 5 days of arrival for return instructions.

Personalized items are non-returnable unless an error is made by Embroidery By Emily. Please be specific with your initial placement. We request that you type your initials in the order you want the monogram. For example, if your name is Lauren Pate Jones and you want a traditional 3 letter monogram, type your initials to be monogrammed as LJP. Monograms are sewn in the order they are typed. If an error is made in your monogram and it's our mistake, we will gladly replace it at no charge if contacted within 5 days after you have received your item. If the item is no longer available, we will either refund your money or you may choose another item of equal value. There may be a chance that your item is not available and is out of stock after you have purchased it. If this happens ALL of your money will be refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We always strive to meet the needs of our customers. We can take a logo and have it digitized to meet your liking. For example, if you want to order items with your business logo on it, this can be done. In order for us to do this, we would need a clear JPEG image so we can then digitize the image. This will be an extra charge to digitize the image. The charge will depend on the thread count and the difficulty of the digitizing. We can take a look at it and give you a quote. We are a family owned and operated embroidery business located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We do embroidery in-house using a state of the art Tajima Commercial Embroidery Machine which utlilizes some of the newest technology in the embroidery industry. We offer digitizing services and can add your logo to most any of our products. We also offer a variety of corporate apparel and promotional products to meet the needs of any small or large business. These types of products are not found on the site, but are available and can be discussed if you are looking for something that is not on the website.

Yes! We use a secure server for obtaining your payment information. We handle your information very carefully and your privacy is maintained. Every transaction is done through PAYPAL. We do not share customer information with anyone unless required to do so by law.

Upon request, We will gift wrap your items with a recycled kraft paper gift bag that has sturdy paper twisted handles. Our bags are made up of 100% recycled paper. We will then "snaze up" your gift with colored Wraphia ribbon which is a biodegradable and recyclable paper raffia. It's so simple to use and looks great on any package. Your gift will be wrapped in brilliant colored 100% recycled tissue paper. This is a perfect compliment with our Green Way® recycled packaging products. We will also be happy to add a gift card enclosure with your package. Gift wrapping is an extra charge of $4.50.

Yes! Our charge for standard monograms or names is $10.00. For larger sizes and slogan quotes, prices are available based on the stitch count.
